Return and Exchange Policy

All products purchased at Waylun Pet Care cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

*If the goods do not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-deliver the goods as soon as possible after confirmation.

Return and Exchange procedures

1. For any enquiries, please contact our customer service representative. Please leave online comment during non-business hours, we will reply as soon as possible.

2. Please return the goods with member account, order number and return's reason (giveaway, receipt, if any) after confirming the application.

3. The goods will be checked in Waylun Pet Care's storeroom.

4. Members can order the goods again.

5. Please contact us within 24 hours.
