How to Use Your Credits
When there are credits in your account before the expiry date, the credits will be automatically deducted from your purchase total (purchase over HK$350) at checkout.
*If you need to modify the credits to be deducted, you can click「Applied Store Credits」in the「Order Summary」section of the Checkout page, and enter the credits you want to use. Then click「Apply」to complete the modification.

About Points—Terms & Conditions
1. Member points are only applicable to waylun.hk.
2. Coupons must be used within 30 days from the redemption date.
3. If the order has redeemed goods and the total purchase amount is less than HK$400, a delivery service fee
of HK$40 will be charged. Or you can go to Tsuen Wan to pick up the goods for free.
4. Waylun Pet Care will not redeem/refund of the coupons/goods that have been redeemed, misused or invalid.
5. All products redeemed at Waylun Pet Care will not be returned or refunded.
6. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall
prevail.
Membership Renewal
The VIP membership will be renewed if HK$3000 is spent within 12 months after the upgrade.
The VVIP membership will be renewed if HK$5500 is spent within 12 months after the upgrade.
Notice
1. Our system automatically updates the membership information at 0 o'clock（GMT+8）every day to check whether members have satisfied the conditions of upgrade, renewal, etc.
2. After login, members can go to「ACCOUNT」to view the current member offers and store credits information.
3. The conditions of membership upgrade and renewal are both based on 12 months, and you can enjoy the upgrade or renewal qualification if you accumulate the full amount of spending within 12 months.
4. Membership upgrade is based on the cumulative spending of orders with the payment status as「Paid」and the order status not as「Cancelled」.
5. If the order with discounted credits is cancelled, the discounted store credits will not be refunded.
6. If you do not register or log in to the membership system, you will not be able to accumulate spending and upgrade to become a discount member.
7. The cumulative amount of member spending cannot be combined across accounts.
8. Member offer and promotion discount cannot be used in combination. When member offer and promotion discount coexist , the system will automatically select the preferential way to discount at checkout.
9. The current consumption amount that accomplishes the membership upgrade is not included in the calculation of the specific amount of membership renewal.
10. Store Credit can be used for orders over $350。
11. New-member's coupon is for first purchase and be used in the current month only. It will not be reissued after the expiration date.
12.In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
13.Waylun Pet Care reserves the right to reserve, modify, suspend, and change the details of the Term & Condition at any time without prior notice.
14.In any case of dispute, the decision of Waylun Pet Care shall be final.
