Pre-Order Products
- All orders are cut off at 23:59 every Sunday.
- Products are shipped from Japan, shipping takes time, and rush orders are not accepted
- Items are ordered after the customer has placed an order and paid. The products will be shipped from Japan within a week.
- Please order pre-order items separately to ensure accurate verification.
- If the ordered goods cannot be delivered on time due to late shipment by the supplier, they will be shipped on the next shipment day.
- Only online orders are accepted, all orders need to be paid in full before ordering
- In case of out-of-stock or discontinued products, further notifications will be made.
-When the goods are shipped, customer service will notify the customer of the shipping date via Whatsapp/Email. If there is a logistics tracking number, it will be notified together for easy mail tracking.
-Arrival takes about 3-10 working days, depending on the local delivery speed and the speed of mailing from Japan to the port (local delivery days are not included).
*Note We offer two logistics companies for shipping. Customers can choose the appropriate logistics company based on the volume of goods/delivery day.
-Large items are charged for shipping based on volume.
*Please be aware: Prices for pre-orders may vary due to market fluctuations and stock availability. Shipping costs may also rise. Should changes occur post-order, our customer service will notify you via WhatsApp. Additional payments or refunds may be necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

- Please note that delivery time may be delayed, and no refunds will be accepted. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
- If accidents such as undeliverable, lost, or damaged parcels occur, we regret that we cannot handle mail compensation services.
- No exchanges, returns, or refunds are allowed. If the paid purchase goods are out of stock, you can accept a refund or change to other purchased goods.
* In case of a discrepancy between the English version of the terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
