Q:If I become a member of Waylun Pet Care, what member benefits do I have?

Q:How to register as Waylun member?

A:For your first time shopping at Waylun, you can click「LOG IN」>「Sign up」to register as Waylun member. Then you can choose to sign up with your Facebook account or enter your Name, Email and Password to directly create a new Waylun account. After signing up as our member, you can enjoy a HK$20 Welcome Credit (never expire) immediately!


Q:How to login?

A:If you have signed up as Waylun member, you just need to click「LOG IN」in the upper right corner of the page, and then choose to login with Facebook or login with Email or mobile number.


Q:How do I login if I forgot my password?

A:You can click「Forgot your password?」in the「Sign in」section of the Login page. After entering your email or mobile number and click「Reset my password, the system will send you an email with a password reset link in a few minutes. Then you can click the link and reset your password.


Q:How to use store credits? Can I use them all at once?

A:The store credits can be viewed in your Waylun Account. After login, the credits will be automatically deducted from your purchase total at checkout.

*If you need to modify the credits to be deducted, you can clickApplied Store Credits」in the「Order Summary」section of the Checkout page and enter the credits you want to use (Up to 5% of the amount of consumption). Then click「Apply」to complete the modification.


Q:How to get a coupon code?

A:We will send coupon codes from time to time through our Homepage, Offline events or Facebook events. Please pay attention to our Facebook「Waylun Pet Care.


Q:How to use my coupon code?

A:At checkout, you can click「Apply A Coupon Codein the「Order Summary」section, enter the coupon code you want to use, and click「Apply」. The system will display the discount amount to indicate a smooth deduction.

 

Q:Do the store credits have expiry dates?

A:Different types of store credits have different expiry dates.



Q:How to check the expiry dates of credits?

A:After login, click「ACCOUNT>「Store Credits」, and then you can check your store credits information, such as Credit Balance, Credit Movement and Expiry Date.

Q:What are the payment methods?

A:We offer a variety of payment methods,including:

Q:How to check my orders?

A:After login, choose「ACCOUNT>「Orders」, and you can view all your order information.


Q:Will you inform me of the delivery?

A:The delivery will be noticed by SMS or email. At checkout, You can choose to receive notifications of order status updates via Facebook Messenger. It can also be viewed through「Orders」in「ACCOUNT」. When the order status is updated to「confirmed」, it means your order has been delivered.


Q:How to change order information?

A:You can leave a message to us directly on the Order Confirmation page, or just contact our customer service staff.

Q:Can you deliver goods to Macao?

A:Of course we can, but dry food, wet food and treats cannot be shipped temporarily.


Q:What are the delivery methods?

A:SF Plus Direct Home Delivery, SF Plus EF locker Delivery, Waylun Tsuen Wan Pick Up Point, Same-day delivery and Instant delivery.


Q:Is it free delivery? If not, how much is the delivery fee?

A:Free shipping will be provided if purchases over HK$400, otherwise HK$40 shipping fee will be charged. If you choose「Instant delivery」as the delivery method, the shipping will be charged by the shipping company (call van platform).


Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:It will be generally delivered within 2 to 3 business days. If you want to receive the goods on a specific day, you can leave remarks to us at checkout.

*For bad weather, traffic or sudden accidents, orders may take longer to arrive/reschedule, customer service team will follow up as soon as possible.


Q:Can I receive my order on the same day?

A:Yes, you can choose「Same-day delivery」or「Instant delivery」as your Delivery Method at checkout.
